教育部不斷呼籲零體罰，但最近有老師在網路發起連署，爭取教師管教權，教育部昨天指出，教師不能體罰但有管教權，之前已對正向管教訂注意事項，對老師不能做的也採負面表列，最近會再跟縣市說明，加強宣導，相關內容也可再檢視。
