行照101年電子化 吳揆：行駕照換發收費可檢討

汽機車行照每二至三年要換發一次，駕照則每六年換發，每次都繳交兩百元費用。立委批評不但擾民，也有向民眾「坑錢」之虞。行政院長吳敦義昨日在立院表示，交通部已開始檢討行、駕照換發的規定，行照預計一○一年改採電子化，廢除換發制，而駕照則考慮將收費降低為一百元，並延長換發期限。

根據科技網站Engadget.com所提供的新聞稿，消費電子週邊設備大廠羅技(Logitech International S.A.)1日發布新聞稿宣布推出旗下首款能夠靠週遭光源產生足夠電能的無線太陽能鍵盤「Logitech Wireless Solar Keyboard K750」，預定將在2010年11月於歐美上市，建議零售價為79.99美元。

太陽能鍵盤雖然並不多見，但至少Cherry、BUFFALO、昆盈都有做過（只是出現一陣子後，就沒有聽到後續的消息了）。這次羅技所推出的K750，所主打的，就是這種少數的太陽能設計。依外形來看，個人是有點懷疑昆盈代工（科科，不知道有沒有業界人士知道更確認的代工廠商？）
在鍵盤上方，有著兩塊太陽能面板，也算是個特色（之前的太陽能鍵盤，面板沒有跨這麼大的面積），廠商也提到，這太陽能鍵盤是隨時充電的，在這樣的情形下，即使是全黑的環境，也能夠撐三個月，可以將更換電池、充電座或是充電線等這種麻煩事丟掉了（科科，想想還是覺得有這些麻煩事其實還是比較保險一點）。

看好平板電腦商機，國內三大電信業者搶進，中華電信(2412)、遠傳(4904)預計11月15日同步推出台灣三星電子7吋的Samsung GALAXY Tab，台灣大(3045)則預計月底推出。中華電信昨日搶先發表資費，月繳1,349即可用4,990元購買，月繳2549元即可0元購買，行通分公司總經理石木標表示，明年智慧型手機採購比估達30-40%，平板電腦採購比可望達一成，整體智慧型手機、平板電腦採購比可望達40-50%。台灣三星電子總經理金衡則表示，GALAXY Tab到年底，全球訂單已達800萬台，台灣市場供貨吃緊可能會「供不應求」。
